New search functions and smart optimisations in the Partner Portal

With this latest release, Diesel Technic is once again prioritising a user-centric approach to its Partner Portal. Particular emphasis has been placed on optimised search logic and new filter criteria. These enhancements make it easier to identify the right spare parts with precision, making the search process significantly more intuitive and efficient for users. At the same time, the portal has been expanded to include additional features that streamline workflows and speed up the retrieval of information.

With the Partner Portal, Diesel Technic offers its customers efficient access to a comprehensive range of over 50,000 automotive parts and accessories from the DT Spare Parts brand. To provide customers with the best possible support in their day-to-day spare parts procurement, the Partner Portal is tailored to users’ needs and is continuously being developed.

Continuous development to ensure maximum customer focus

In addition to the improved search function, the platform offers, amongst other things, the option to conveniently view one’s own delivery history. Furthermore, users of the Partner Portal benefit from significantly expanded and more precisely tailored filtering options. Depending on the product group, it is now possible to filter specifically by technical characteristics such as dimensions, material or installation position, as well as by year of manufacture and emissions standard. Promotional items are also clearly highlighted, such as newly launched products (NEW Part), updated prices (NEW Price) or newly available stock (NEW Stock). Greater transparency is also provided by the display of the corresponding DT order number directly in the delivery note number overview, which makes it easier to match deliveries.

In addition, stock information on the Partner Portal is now updated more frequently, so that users can access even more reliable availability details whilst browsing. During the final checkout process, stock levels continue to be checked in real time to ensure maximum accuracy before the order is placed.

The update also brings practical improvements to the after-sales area: forms can be accessed more quickly via a Quick Tab in the Service Centre, and the necessary data can be imported directly from the delivery history – a process that saves time and reduces errors. Further optimisations, such as additional feedback options, an improved filter display, direct assistance in the event of an unsuccessful VIN search, and automatic notifications for items that are back in stock, round off this comprehensive update.

With all these changes, Diesel Technic is continuing on its chosen path of systematically expanding the Partner Portal and strengthening its digital collaboration with customers in the long term.
