The story of the company begins in October 2011 when Fernando Estacio put all his eggs into one basket and started his own business. For example, there is a high demand for spare parts due to the comparatively high age of the Bolivian automotive fleet. At the same time, the difficulty for end customers is finding high-quality parts, because: On the Bolivian market, COVIMOR has to face strong competitors whereby most of them are informal enterprises that need to be beaten. No easy undertaking but Fernando Estacio is optimistic. “In a market with a high rate of informal sales, counterfeits and smuggling COVIMOR customers appreciate quality and guarantees”, tells the managing director. This is exactly where the company sets in and strives for a solution of its customers’ current problems as well as to get potential future complications out of the way beforehand.

“We commit ourselves to offer a transparent consulting service and a wide variety of spare parts to our customers as we aim to provide top quality products to the Bolivian market”, says Fernando Estacio for whom the key to success lies in the business relationship with his suppliers that allows him to offer their products. “In addition to a trust-based and at the same time professional business relationship to our customers, we give them the feeling that we deliver the best spare part brands and assure to support and guarantee everything we sell.”

Currently, the company operates five offices in Santa Cruz and one branch in La Paz through which the products are distributed to various cities throughout the country. In order to cover the whole country axis in future it is planned to be also present in the city of Cochabamba in a medium term.

The company owe its success not least to the outstanding support by Diesel Technic, emphasizes the owner. “We receive permanent support like product information, advertising material as well as information to promotional activities and brand management by Diesel Technic plus assistance in the participation at different trade fairs of our sector.” Also in the future years Fernando Estacio does not want to miss this special type of business relationship and is looking forward to a continuously good cooperation with Diesel Technic.
