From 8-11 May, Diesel Technic Italia exhibited at Transpotec Logitec 2024. Italy’s leading transport and logistics trade fair at the Fiera Milano exhibition centre once again offered numerous highlights this year. The Italian Diesel Technic team also had various innovations in store for visitors.
General manager Walter Schiavi welcomed visitors to the trade fair – with the support of the Italian sales team and customer service. In addition to the Parts Specialists, the Premium Shop, the brand loyalty programme for workshops, was another highlight at the Diesel Technic Italia stand. End customers also had the chance to fish for a great gift at the grab-and-go machine. A wide variety of promotional items were hidden in transparent balls, including bottle openers, caps, sunglasses, reflector wristbands and T-shirts from the Parts Specialists. Registration in the Premium Shop, including a newsletter subscription, was a prerequisite for this participation campaign. The latter earned end customers 750 extra crown points in the Premium Shop, which they can in turn exchange for valuable rewards.
The new Partner Portal was also presented – Diesel Technic’s eCommerce platform, which has been impressive since the update with extended functions for quick and easy spare parts searches. As some of Diesel Technic’s distribution partners were also among the trade fair exhibitors, the opportunity was taken to expand business relationships and exchange information on the latest topics.
Diesel Technic Italia has every reason to be satisfied, as the Italian subsidiary can look back on all kinds of recent business successes: a significant increase in turnover in the last financial year, the successful opening of the second site in Gricignano di Aversa and the continuous expansion of the range of DT Spare Parts brand commercial vehicle parts. In addition, Italian end customers can look forward to further service support, as Simone Cricca has joined the Parts Specialists team as a new member with extensive expertise in the field of industrial and commercial vehicle spare parts.
A total of 466 exhibitors were represented at this year’s Transpotec Logitec. Over 33,000 visitors from 62 countries were counted over the four days of the fair. Transpotec Logitec is an international exhibition for transport and logistics development.
