Clutch servos for trucks and buses

2FcPxHsFEz0

The DT Spare Parts brand offers a complete range with more than 30 000 different spare parts for trucks, trailers and buses, including all standard clutch servos.

Clutch servos are hydraulic slave cylinders which are combined with a pneumatic cylinder. By the use of clutch servos, the actuating force on the clutch pedal is reduced, enabling a more precise and sensitive clutch operation.

Modern clutch servos are additionally equipped with a travel sensor, which relays the positioning control values collected at the push rod to the control unit. This prevents excessive wear on the clutch.

DT-Technic Info

DT Spare Parts brand clutch servos are fitted with finely ground, hard chrome plated piston rods, resulting in a long life.

The construction materials for the guide rings and lip seals are adapted to the fluids used in the clutch servo. The optimal alignment of the DT clutch servos is achieved by mounting holes with precision-fit bushings.

The aluminium housing of all DT clutch servos is tested for density and porosity.

In order to guarantee the functioning of the clutch servo, the specified fluids must always be used. When working on the servo unit, the stipulations of the vehicle manufacturer must be adhered to.

The extensive DT Spare Parts range includes, besides clutch servos, all matching repair kits, as well as all standard clutch master cylinders and the corresponding hose assemblies.
