Quality Management: Continuous Improvement Process
Distribution partners and their customers benefit from the high level of process reliability, the lively feedback and the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) at Diesel Technic. The Quality Management of Diesel Technic AG is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and, furthermore, implements numerous Best Practice Methods. At the heart of corporate activities is a sustained increase in the satisfaction of distribution partners and their customers.
Part of the Quality Management is the comprehensive process management of control, monitoring and optimisation of all business processes at Diesel Technic. They are documented in the Integrated Management System (IMS) and underlie the CIP.
The process reliability leads to products in consistent, proven quality and in compliance with state-of-the-art technology. At product level, the Quality Management consists of IMS, Quality Assurance and Guarantee Management.
The product development processes at Diesel Technic, which have been optimized over decades, are based on the guidelines of the automotive industry and extend beyond the standards in the Independent Aftermarket. They are summarized in the Diesel Technic Quality System (DTQS).
