Air Springs and Accessory
The complete DT® brand range offers all standard air springs, including accessory. Only the highest quality materials are used in the manufacture of DT® brand air springs.
The air suspension primarily ensures quiet and comfortable driving, as well as regulating the vehicle´s height. The suspension is provided by means of an air spring, in which compressed air builds an opposing force to the dynamic force of the axle on compression and rebound, with fluctuating pressure. Over level control valves, the pressure in the air springs is regulated in such a way, that the vehicle height remains constant independent of the loading conditions.
Basically, air springs can be distinguished as folding and rolling bellows, whereby rolling bellows can be equipped with or without pistons. Complete DT® air springs are supplied ready for installation and comply with the requirements of the vehicle and axle manufacturers.

CAUTION: THERE IS A RISK OF INJURY!!!
Before mounting, make sure that the mounting bolts match the hole pattern of the vehicle and the piston bores those of the mounting plate, in order to ensure a perfect assembly.
All air springs may only be installed and pressurized by qualified personnel in a device with spring deflection limiter which is suitable and intended for the purpose.
