From 16. – 21.09.2008, the Automechanika Frankfurt will be opening its doors for the 20th time.
The highlight of the year is fast approaching: The 20th edition of the Automechanika Frankfurt, the leading international trade fair for the automobile industry, where DIESEL TECHNIC, as a long-time exhibitor, will again be presenting itself to the international expert public. For this anniversary year, organisers are expecting over 4,600 exhibitors, as well as more than 160,000 visitors from all over the world, at the industry’s compulsory event.
These numbers were much less at the inaugural event in 1971, which at that time had 415 exhibitors and approximately 75,000 visitors. Now, it is clear that the Automechanika Frankfurt has developed into being the most important trade fair for the international automotive aftermarket.
The countdown is on: DIESEL TECHNIC will be presenting itself with a completely new stand design, complying with the position in the aftermarket and its own quality requirements. The newly devised DT product packages will be a central topic. An enlargement of the stand was unavoidable due to the high visitor response at the last Automechanika Frankfurt. With a floor space of over 190 m˛, the available exhibiting area has been nearly doubled, making it the largest stand area DIESEL TECHNIC has ever presented at during a trade fair.
However, that’s not the only reason it is worth visiting the B33 stand in the traditional OEM Hall 5.0: Apart from the “DT”-brand spare parts highlights and the product management innovations, an “innovations package” on the topic of commercial vehicle spare parts will also be presented. What exactly this is has not been revealed, to allow the excitement to grow even more ...
