Quality Management
The heart of the company is quality management. All processes at DIESEL TECHNIC AG have been certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 since 1996 and were fundamentally renewed in the year 2009 using the requirements of the process-orientated norm DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.
Within the scope of the continual improvement process (CIP), all processes are continually validated to establish whether they are up-to-date and functional. We hereby consequentially orientate ourselves towards the international valid norms for the automobile industry and maintain permanent contact with our customers, production departments and certified suppliers.
For us, quality management means that each step of the whole production chain is regularly checked according to the strictest guidelines from development to the After Sales Service.
Each product is tested before series production down to the last detail. Before a DT® brand series part leaves the factory, it is personally checked by our qualified employees – totalling approx. 33 million spare parts per year!
